Ketchup Business Group Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ketchup Business Groups! By joining, participating in, or subscribing to any of our networking groups (hereafter referred to as “Group”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before engaging with the Ketchup platform.

2. Membership Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

  • Your membership and participation in any Group are subject to approval by Ketchup. We reserve the right to decline or terminate membership at our discretion.

3. Subscription and Fees

  • Each Group has its own subscription plan, which grants access to Group activities and benefits.

  • Fees are payable monthly, depending on the selected plan. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or stated otherwise in these Terms.

  • Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

4. Group Participation

  • Members are expected to actively participate in Group activities, contribute to discussions, and attend.

  • Each member must provide value to the Group by sharing referrals, insights, or business opportunities.

  • Any form of disrespect, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated, and Ketchup reserves the right to remove members who violate these guidelines.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Be respectful and courteous to other members. We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and professional environment.

  • Members should not use the Group for spamming, solicitation outside of networking, or unethical practices.

  • Confidentiality is paramount. Information shared in the Group should not be disclosed or used for unauthorized purposes.

6. Termination of Membership

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Ketchup reserves the right to terminate any membership without notice for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or conduct deemed harmful to the Group.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ketchup retains all rights to the content, branding, and materials provided through the platform. Members may not use or reproduce any content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

8. Liability

  • Ketchup is not responsible for the actions, interactions, or transactions between Group members. All business dealings conducted through the platform are at your own risk.

  • Ketchup shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from your participation in the Group.

9. Privacy

  • By joining the Group, you consent to Ketchup’s use and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Amendments to Terms

  • Ketchup reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the Group constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
